Hill House Guest Room

With only one guest room to work with, I wanted it to make an impact. Once the jungalow-inspired wallpaper by Anne Borg was installed on the accent wall it was easy to use that as a foundation from which to base all my other decor decisions, like the rattan-esque light pendant from Lulu & Georgia and jewel toned Celine bench from West Elm. Having already collected an embarrassing amount of Otomi prints and pillowcases over the years from my trips to Mexico, I was ready to proudly present that pillow front and center. Finishing touches, like the sconces and bedside table decor were my last steps in making this room fully come together. Now, guests love staying in this room that serves as its own mini retreat.
