Following the creative meeting, Hill House Interior Design will carefully review each phase of your project and outline the necessary steps to develop a comprehensive proposal and timeline. This ensures clarity and alignment as we move forward. Once the proposal is approved, we’ll collaborate to finalize the next steps and begin bringing your vision to life.

In the schematic phase, concepts take shape and are refined into a final vision tailored perfectly for you. After presenting concept boards and samples, we curate selections for soft furnishings, case goods, lighting fixtures, natural materials, and more. Once finalized, Hill House Interior Design begins the procurement process, meticulously building your material schedule and preparing for seamless implementation. 

For new builds or large-scale renovations, we collaborate closely with your builder and/or architect to address additional key elements. This includes developing interior elevations, lighting design (RCPs), and necessary pre-construction decisions. These details are presented to you, enabling us to make informed choices that align with your construction timeline and budget.

In the project installation phase, furnishings, window treatments, and other elements are installed according to a carefully planned schedule. For more complex construction projects, a detailed timeline is followed through to completion. As the final step, all furnishings, finishes, and accessories are thoughtfully placed, bringing your vision to life in a truly transformative reveal.
